Campus Parking
CAMPUS PARKING DECALS CAN BE REQUESTED STARTING AUGUST 10, 2026
AND PICKED UP EFFECTIVE AUGUST 17, 2026.
Faculty and Staff of USCB should request a parking decal in order to safely park at all USCB campuses. Click on the following links to be directed to an online form for the decal request.
DECALS CAN BE PICKED UP EFFECTIVE 8/17/2026.
USCB students can request only one current parking decal. If vehicles change the issued decal can be transferred to the new vehicle. Notify Department of Public Safety (DPS) of this change. If for some reason you are unable to drive your registered vehicle, you may obtain a temporary permit from DPS.
All persons picking up a parking decals must have their USCB ID card and the correct number of their decal.
- BLUFFTON CAMPUS RESIDENT students can pick up their decals at the Bluffton Housing Office M-F 9:00A-5:00P.
- BLUFFTON CAMPUS COMMUTER students, faculty and staff can pick up their parking decals at the Bluffton DPS office, M-F 9:00A-5:00P.
- BEAUFORT CAMPUS STUDENTS can pick up their decals at the Beaufort DPS office, 1100 Boundary Street M-F 9:00A-5:00P.
USCB faculty and staff can pick up their parking decals at the Bluffton DPS office, M-F 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Student Parking Decal Requests
With limited parking on our campuses, it is critical that all students park in those areas that assigned for students parking. Public Safety will be enforcing the parking policy with citations and towing at the owner's expense. Violators with three (3) or more tickets are eligible to have their vehicle towed. Please be aware of the following parking policies:
- Students living in student housing (with a "R" permit) may ONLY park in designated Bluffton & Beufort parking lots.
- Commuting students (with an "S" permit) must park in student designated lots ONLY. (Parking lots "B" and the Port Royal Parking Lot)
- The Campus Center Lot (CC lot) is limited to Campus Center and Faculty Staff Parking
permits ONLY.
