Registering New Student Organizations

Organizations that wish to use university facilities and have other privileges must be officially registered through a procedure administered by the Office of Student Life. To register a new student organization, please complete the (PDF guide) on the . Once your form is complete, it will be reviewed by the Office of Student Life and either be approved or a representative will contact you to get more information.

Re-registering a Returning Student Organization

All current student organizations must re-register before spring break for the following school year and attend the annual Leadership Training in April. The exact dates for both deadlines are determined yearly and will be available as soon as they are set.

Organizations will complete the Transition phase on the Involve platform to be considered re-registered. Once your registration process is complete, you will be notified by the Office of Student Life.  Please read the Student Life Organization Manual to learn more.

Official recognition of a student organization does not by itself constitute any endorsement, sponsorship, or liability by USCB.
